About Us

We are an Istanbul-based technology and supply group that brings five separate business lines under one roof.

Üstün Grup operates under the name ÜSTÜN GRUP TEKNOLOJİ PAZARLAMA İTHALAT VE İHRACAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, from its headquarters in Çekmeköy, Istanbul. We have five divisions: electronic security systems, IT and technology product supply, software development, artificial intelligence solutions and chemicals.

Why more than one field

These divisions did not come together at random. We meet a business over a security camera; a few months later it needs software to track orders, and then it starts looking for a chemical supplier for facility cleaning. Meeting a new company each time, signing a new contract, and being caught between parties when something goes wrong, is lost time.

Üstün Grup brings this work under a single commercial counterpart. Separate teams, separate expertise — but responsibility in one place.

Our brands

Üstün Grup Teknolojileri runs the security systems and IT products side: cameras, alarms, fire detection, access control, turnstiles and barriers, plus corporate hardware supply.

Güvenli Yazılım is our software development brand. It builds corporate websites, custom web applications, e-commerce systems, mobile apps and SaaS products.

Akıllı Asist is our AI phone assistant. It answers business calls around the clock, books appointments and records conversations.

Üstün Kimya works in industrial cleaning chemicals, construction chemicals and chemical raw material supply.

How we work

Whatever the division, the method is the same.

We start with a site survey. Camera placement, software scope or chemical dosing — none can be planned correctly without being seen on site.

We give a written proposal. Scope, duration and price are itemised, so no "that wasn't included" argument arises later.

We stay on after installation. Periodic maintenance, fault response and updates are part of the job.

Brand independence

We are not the sole authorised dealer of any one manufacturer. That means we are not obliged to sell a particular product; we recommend what best fits the need, the budget and the delivery time.
