Personal Data Protection Notice
This notice has been prepared by ÜSTÜN GRUP TEKNOLOJİ PAZARLAMA İTHALAT VE İHRACAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ in its capacity as data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

Personal data processed
In the quotation, survey and contact requests you send through our site, the following data is processed: name, company name, email address, telephone number, site location and any information you include in your request. Technical data relating to site usage (IP address, browser information, pages visited) may also be processed through cookies.
Purposes of processing
- Evaluating and responding to quotation and survey requests
- Conducting pre-contractual discussions and performing the contract
- Managing after-sales maintenance, service and support processes
- Meeting legal obligations (invoicing, commercial books, statutory retention)
- Ensuring site security and improving service quality
Legal grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, that the controller must fulfil a legal obligation, and legitimate interest. Where explicit consent is required — for example marketing communication and non-essential cookies — your consent is obtained separately.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the relevant purpose, to the hosting and email infrastructure providers we work with to deliver the service, to our accountants and legal advisers, and to legally authorised public authorities. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Retention period
Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation. Once the period expires, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request erasure or destruction, and to object to processing.

Camera and access control systems
For camera and access control systems we install at customer sites, the data controller is the site owner operating the system. During installation we provide guidance on the duty to inform, retention periods and access authorisation. Records we access during service work are not copied or taken off site.
