Frequently Asked Questions
Is an on-site survey required before a quote?
Camera placement, alarm zones, access points and chemical dosing cannot be planned correctly without being seen on site. For substantial work we therefore carry out a survey. Prices given remotely are for preliminary guidance only; the firm quote follows the survey.
Which areas do you serve?
From our headquarters in Çekmeköy we provide on-site survey, installation and service across Istanbul and neighbouring provinces. Chemical supply is shipped nationwide.
Are you a dealer for a particular brand?
No. We are not the sole authorised dealer of any manufacturer. That means we are not obliged to sell a particular product; among brands such as Dahua, Hikvision and Uniview we recommend what fits the need, the budget and the delivery time.
Do you provide maintenance after installation?
Yes. Periodic maintenance, fault response and software updates can be written into the contract. Maintenance covers lens cleaning, disk health scans, battery measurement, detector testing and recording continuity checks; the work carried out and measurement results are reported.
Do you service systems installed by another company?
Yes. We first assess the current state: the equipment in use, the cabling and the configuration are inspected. We then share in writing what can be done and which components, if any, need replacing.
How long should camera footage be retained?
Footage should not be kept longer than the security purpose requires; in practice 15–30 days is discussed for most businesses. If legislation specific to your sector prescribes longer, that governs. Because the period directly determines the recorder’s disk capacity, it should be decided before installation.
Can chemical products be trialled with samples?
Yes. After mapping the conditions of use — which surface, which soil, what equipment — we run a trial with sample product where needed. Once results are in, a regular supply programme and dosing plan are drawn up. Safety data sheets (SDS) are delivered with the goods.
How is scope defined in software projects?
We start with a requirements meeting: we discuss not what you want but which problem you want solved. Scope, duration and price are then fixed in writing as itemised lines. Development proceeds with interim deliveries so you see every stage. If an existing product does the job, we do not propose building from scratch.
TELL US THE NEED, WE WILL BUILD THE SOLUTION.
We listen before quoting and survey the site where needed.
