Quality and Occupational Health Policy
The quality principles we apply in installation, supply and field work, together with our occupational health and safety rules.
Quality is measured by the work done on site, not by a certificate. The principles below define the minimum standard we apply in every division.
Our quality principles
We do not quote without a survey. A proposal prepared without seeing the site means scope changes and cost increases later. Prices given remotely are for preliminary guidance only.
We fix the scope in writing. Which work is included and which is not appears as itemised lines in the proposal.
We justify product choices. Why each proposed product was selected is explained. Where cheaper or more expensive alternatives exist, the difference between them is set out.
We train at handover. Use of the installed system, authorisation and basic troubleshooting steps are passed on at handover.
We record the work done. In maintenance and service work, the operations carried out, parts replaced and measurement results are reported.
Occupational health and safety
Our field work involves risks such as working at height, electrical installation and contact with chemicals. Against these risks:
- Suitable equipment and safety gear are used when working at height; ladder and platform safety is checked before every job.
- Lockout and tagout rules are followed on electrical work.
- Appropriate personal protective equipment is used when transporting and delivering chemicals, and the rules in the safety data sheets are followed.
When working at customer sites, the site's own safety rules are observed; where required, a permit-to-work procedure is applied.
Environmental responsibility
With chemicals, correct dosing is not only a cost matter but an environmental one; every product used beyond need ends up in wastewater. Dosing planning is therefore part of the service.
When electronic equipment is replaced, the removed devices and packaging waste are directed to recycling in line with the relevant regulations. We advise our customers on the return and disposal of chemical packaging.
Protection of personal data
Camera and access control systems process personal data by their nature. During installation we brief our customers on the duty to inform, retention periods and access authorisation. Records we access during service work are never copied or taken off site.
TELL US THE NEED, WE WILL BUILD THE SOLUTION.
We listen before quoting and survey the site where needed.
