The Akıllı Asist phone assistant answers your calls around the clock, speaks in natural language, books appointments and records the conversation. During setup, your services, prices and opening hours are taught to the assistant; it does not go beyond that information.

Document and text processing

Summarising contracts, reports, quotations and invoices, extracting specific information from them and classifying them. In legal, accounting and procurement processes this shortens reading work that otherwise takes hours a day.

How we proceed

First we measure how long a given task actually takes. Then we run a small-scale trial and compare the result against real data. If the benefit is measurable we roll it out; if not, we stop without growing the investment. Where your data goes and how it is stored is also set out in writing at this stage.
