In e-commerce, opening the store is the visible part. The real work is making stock, price, shipping and returns flows consistent with each other. A product selling on a marketplace while still showing as in stock on your own site is the most common — and most expensive — failure.

B2C store

Product and variant management, campaign rules, coupon and discount definitions, cart and checkout flow are set up. On the payment side, virtual POS integration, instalment tables and 3D Secure are configured. On shipping, carrier integrations create consignments and send tracking numbers to customers automatically.

B2B and dealer panel

In wholesale, the price is not the same for everyone. The dealer panel is built around price lists per customer group, current balance and credit limit visibility, order approval flow and repeat ordering from history. Tax and discount rules are defined per group.

Marketplace integrations

Product, stock, price and order synchronisation is set up with marketplaces such as Trendyol and N11. The critical point is managing stock from one place: wherever the sale comes from, stock decrements in a single location.

Reporting

Revenue per channel, best-selling products, return rate and average basket are reported. Without this data there is no way to measure whether a campaign worked.

Go-live

When migrating from an existing store, product, customer and order data are transferred and a 301 redirect map is produced for old URLs. Skipping this step loses the rankings you already hold in search engines.
