Highlights

Soil–surface–application match

Products are chosen by assessing soil type and surface material together; a wrong match damages the surface.

Dosing plan

The correct dilution ratio is set and dosing equipment recommended; consumption and waste load drop noticeably.

Sample trial and SDS

Where needed a trial is run with sample product; safety data sheets are delivered with the goods.

Choosing a cleaning product for a facility starts with three questions: what type of soil (grease, limescale, protein, soot, paint), what the surface is made of (stainless steel, aluminium, concrete, epoxy, ceramic) and how it will be applied (by hand, pressure washing, foam, automatic dosing). A wrong match produces one of two outcomes: either the soil does not come off, or the surface is damaged.

Product groups

Alkaline cleaners are used on grease and protein-based soils; they are the staple of food production and kitchen areas. Acidic cleaners dissolve limescale, rust and mineral deposits — they must be used carefully on aluminium and some coatings. Foam products work by extending contact time on vertical surfaces. Alongside these we supply multi-purpose surface cleaners, disinfectants and hand hygiene products.

Surface compatibility

Stainless steel tolerates a wide pH range; aluminium dulls and corrodes with strong alkaline products. On epoxy floors, solvent-based products can soften the surface. That is why we ask what the surface is made of before recommending anything.

Dosing consultancy

In most facilities the bulk of the cost comes not from the product being expensive but from using more than needed. "More product cleans better" is a common but false assumption: exceeding the correct dilution ratio does not improve cleaning performance, it only increases consumption and the rinsing load.

We determine the correct dilution ratio, recommend dosing equipment and train staff on application. Consumption drops noticeably as a result.

Extra care in food production

Chemicals in contact with surfaces must be of a suitable class, and the rinsing procedure must be correctly defined. The hygiene plan, cleaning frequency and verification method are established together.

How we proceed

After receiving the request we map the conditions of use: which surface, which soil, how often, with what equipment. If needed, a trial is run with sample product. Once results are in, a regular supply programme and dosing plan are drawn up. Safety data sheets (SDS) are delivered with the goods.
