Ready-Made Trade Fair Menus

The most common mistake in trade fair catering is choosing the menu a few days before the event. Supply, team planning and equipment installation are all tied together; once the menu is settled, the other three are settled too. That is exactly why ready-made menus exist: they speed up the decision.

Package menus

We offer ready-made packages built around guest numbers and the number of fair days. Each package covers drinks, snacks and service materials together, so you work from a single price instead of costing item by item. All we need is your estimated daily visitor count for the stand.

Custom menu

If the ready-made packages do not meet your needs, we build the menu from scratch. Your sector, the profile of the guests you will invite and your corporate presentation standard, if you have one, determine the menu. If guests from abroad will be hosted, the content is adjusted accordingly.

How a quotation is prepared

Three pieces of information are enough for a quotation: the fair and its date range, the estimated daily visitor number, and the stand area. Without these three, a price either falls short or is inflated. Products, service staff and equipment are shown as separate items in the quotation.

Dietary restrictions

Vegetarian, gluten-free and sugar-free options can be added to the menu. They need to be stated in advance; sourcing them later inside the fairground is usually not possible.

Changes and cancellation

Guest numbers can change in the days close to the fair. Quantity changes made up to the agreed date are reflected in the price; we state that date clearly in the contract so there are no surprises.
